Christmas Story

On Christmas morning I usually get up quite early and open my huge stocking. Then me and my sister open our presents from mum. After that my family go to my grandparents house for lunch and we have chicken and vegetables. After that me and my sister give out all the presents that are under the Christmas tree. At night we go to my Nana's house for tea with our family and we have a big roast for dinner. Then we have lots of different things to choose from for dessert. Everyone sits around the christmas tree and all the kids hand out the presents. After that we have fun playing, chatting and catching up with each other. Then we go home and go to bed.

My limerick

There once was a young boy called Ben,

Who had an angry cat called Glen.

Glen was really mean,

He never kept clean.

So Ben had to hide in his den.

Limerick Poem

There once was a young boy called Jake,

Who tripped on a really sharp rake.

He fell to the ground,

With a really big sound.

And that was the end of young Jake.

Perspective Poem

Teacher, Child and Desk.

 Desk:

I am so tired of this mess,

It's causing me a lot of stress.

I am getting such a headache,

All this lid banging I might break.

Child:

Look at my desk it is a nest,

It's a really annoying pest.

My teacher is a cleaning freak,

She always likes to have a peek.

Teacher:

Tidy your desk you bad child,

Or else I will get quite wild.

Desk:

At last I am tidy hooray,

I look much better I must say.
